How it works

From recruit to crew

  1. 01

    Enlist

    Send your application through the Enlist page and post it in Discord.

  2. 02

    Get approved

    Staff review it within 72 hours and accept you into the org on RSI.

  3. 03

    Join a division

    Choose a home division. Its lead gets you set up with roles and channels.

  4. 04

    Take work orders

    Sign in to the member dashboard and claim jobs posted by division leads.

  5. 05

    Earn & advance

    Completed work pays out from the treasury and builds your standing.
